The goals for my workflow are:

• Import my photos from a shoot into Lightroom
• Decide which photos from a shoot I want to keep and which ones I want to delete from my hard drive
• Assign Keywords to the remaining photos so that I can locate them quickly in the future
• Select certain photos to display on my Blog page of my web site
• Select other photos I want to ”permanently” reside on the Galleries page of my web site
• Develop these photos

I try to get Lightroom to help me with my workflow in any way it can. To this end, I make use of its Smart Collections capability to assist in my workflow.
