Ingredients: |
1 can Artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) 1 cup Mayonnaise (Hellman's brand is best choice) 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Garlic salt to taste |
Directions: |
1. Mix all ingredients together 2. Refrigerate or bake in oven before serving 3. Serve with fresh vegetables or with crackers |
