Rick Scheussler and I decided on a photo
outing to Shaw Nature Reserve and Lone Elk
Park along the Highway 44 corridor. In Shaw Nature Reserve, the fall colors were not fantastic and it could have been a bit more sunny but we had a good day anyway. In Lone Elk Park, we ran across two Elk bulls that were more than willing to pose for us. We were probably only 15 yards from them and they weren't bothered by our presence. That would never happen in the Tetons. |
