Fall Colors - Forest Park

Since Fall colors are about at their
peak, I decided to visit Forest Park this
afternoon. I spent quite a bit of time just east and north of the Steinberg Rink... east of the walking trail I usually take when I "walk the Park". I had never spent any time there but I will go back. There are some wonderfully shaped trees in that area made even better by the display of fall colors both in the trees and on the ground. I post processed this in Lightroom 4.2 using some presets from Matt Kloskowski. You might want to read this if you have ever wondered about why leaves change colors. |
